As Craig was delayed due to his train arriving late in Leeds, Emma kindly started the practice off – huge thanks Emma.
With Craig away this week we had Declan and Tia leading the choir. We ran through all the wedding songs – Can’t Help Falling in Love, Lovely Day, Higher Love and finally finishing with Total Praise

This week we welcomed Holly back as our accompanist, Craig went though Lovely Day
Declan joined us again this week, we started with “Deep River “, then covered the last part of “Lovely Day” and finished with a run through “Steel Away” and “Total Praise”
This week Declan returned to accompany us, Craig and Declan were held up by road works so the session was a little shorter then normal with us covering the ending of “Lovely Day”
This week Craig was on his own. We started to learn a new warm-up which, over the next 3 weeks will develop into a 9 piece harmony, then we carried on with “Can’t help falling in love”
This week Holly was back to accompany us, we covered “Wanna Dance with somebody”, “Africa” and finished with “How will I know”
We carried on working through our set for the concert on the 11th May
Declan joined us for a second week, we started with a run through “Don’t Stop Believing” and then went though “Africa” in detail, and then finished with “Get By With A Little Help”
This week we were surprised by the return of Declan. In preparation for our concert on the 11th May we went over “Don’t Stop Believing” and “Stand by Me”
This week we had a new accompanist, Holly, we went through our Whitney set in preparation for Harrogate Choir Community Festival.
On our return to choir we started by singing “Higher Love”, recapped on the first part of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” and finished by singing “Steal Away”
