FORTHCOMING EVENTS
Sunday 12th June – “Choirs Go Pop” festival in Wakefield. This festival, is organised by Jenna Fann, who is a lovely young lady and a friend and colleague of Craigs, the festival was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 but is now firmly back on track for this year its fantastic that we’re able to be there. There will be a fabulous morning of workshops, and an afternoon of choir performances, when KAC will sing in front of a panel. The day will be rounded off with an evening concert, featuring all the choirs singing individually and then all together, as a mass sing, which will be wonderful. This is sure to be a brilliant day out for us all. The event will be held at the beautiful Theatre Royal, Wakefield and starts at 11am, finishing at about 20:30 We have booked a coach which will leave York Place car park, Knaresborough at 10am. If you have booked a place on the coach, please be there for 9:45am prompt, the cost will be £15 payable on the coach.
Sunday 17th July – Harlow Carr Gardens – more details to follow
Thursday 21st July – Last practice – CHANGE OF VENUE. We’ll have our last practice of the year outdoors at Harrogate Railway Athletic Football Club, something many of you have said you’d like to do, as we practiced here when Covid regulations were very strict about being indoors. By way of an informal end to the year celebration we’ll have a sing, a BBQ and a dance. There will be a small charge to cover our costs. It will be such a happy way to end this fabulous year of singing together, so it would be great to see you ALL there .
Saturday 26th November– Food & Gift Fair Ripon Cathedral
Sunday 12th February 2023 (!!) – afternoon gig at Starbeck Methodist Church. KAC are in demand!!
